Everyday, two new training sessions are made available to purchase for only 99 cents. The Day One Daily Training Session combines many different training styles that have been integrated together allowing you to have maximum results in minimal time. These workouts require very little equipment, including the following items:
- Stability Ball
- Medicine Ball or Toning Ball
- 2 Dumbbells (3 to 10 lbs)
- Jump Rope
If you do not have these items, don’t worry! Simply select the Equipment-Free Daily Training Session and purchase a workout that only requires the use of a household chair and step.
Training Session Info!
Each training session includes a Warm Up, Training Segment, and Cool Down. Not only do these videos show a participant performing the required exercises, but also your personal trainer will be there to walk you through every part of the motion. This personalized attention will ensure that you perform each exercise with the best form possible making sure every exercise is as safe and effective as possible. These exercises only give back returns equal to the amount of effort you put in, so be sure to work the hardest you can at your own level.
