About The Trainer!
Jordan Hester is your online personal trainer. Jordan is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports & Medicine (ACSM). He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science & Health Promotion from Belmont University (Nashville, TN) and a minor in Athletic Training. Jordan has worked with many different types of clients- kids, adults, Division I and high school athletes, and patients with Type 2 Diabetes.

Day One Fitness exists to educate and promote healthy lifestyles among all individuals by providing safe and effective workout programs that are cost effective and time efficient.
